The Pioneer Ghana Conference has established the Ministerial Ministries in hopes to always empower the pastoral team in leading individuals, families, and churches to bring hope to the churches in the various municipalities and territories.

Strategic Mentorship

We provide strategic mentorship for our pastoral team in order to: promote personal devotion and deepen relationship with the Lord, provide support and in-service training for our pastors in the conference, encourage personal and professional development and enrichment, and provide Church officers training for church officers in our conference.

Strategic Planning, Empowering, Educating and Evangelistic Tools

West-Central Ghana Conference is a church administrative unit of the Seventh-day Adventist church in Ghana. The conference operates under Southern Ghana Union Conference of the West-Central Africa Division. It was organized in 2017 and consists of the following territories: central part of Western region of the Republic of Ghana; bounded on the north by Anyafuri, on the northeast by Twifo Nyinasi, on the west by Cote d’Ivoire, on the southeast by Mpohor district, and on the south by Ahanta West district. The conference headquarters is in Tarkwa, Ghana.
